I am 17, Height 5′7, Weight: 137. Before I used to weigh like 200 pounds but i lost it over a period of time by dieting and exercising . I do resistance training M, W, F, and interval training T, Thur, Sat, Sun. I am in good shape considering i workout everyday. Problem is i can only see my six-pack abs when i am doing crunches or reverse crunches. I want it to show the lines etc… Basically do i need to lose more weight or what?

you need to be at 10% or less body fat. keep loosing the fat, work your abs everyday crunches for upper abs, leg lifts for lower & the plank for core strength & obliques & patience
Work out more.
