im 17 and i want to build muscle and lose the rest of the baby fat i have. I work out like crazy im weigh 150 lbs and i want to get more muscle and be more lean than i am now with ripped abs! but i dont know if i should take the formula! does it have negative effects later on in life?

Would not start using that formula before you are fully grown.
It can have negative side effects on you,

You shouldn’t seriously work out until your 20 just to be safe.
Your bones/ body are still developing and doing any serious work out could affect your growth. Regular workouts are fine though.
