I bought this from a Ross discount clothing store because I have been doing Tae Bo since it first became popular. I am in pretty good shape after having done the Tae Bo Get Ripped Series five times a week for years now. That being said, when I first started to do this tape it was tough!!!! I can now do the entire ab section (you can select from one full hour of abs or one full hour of butt), but I am not able to complete the butt section still!!!
This is not Billy's usual workout. He has taken clips from all of his videos through the years and combined them into one workout. Thus, the one hour of butt is clips of various butt exercises from different tapes through the years. The same goes for the abs section.
This tape is incredibly challenging. I do think that there is less cardio in this tape than I'm used to, but it is an amazing tape for toning.

Billy never ceases to amaze me. I have been doing this tape 5 days a week for the last month. My abs look amazing. You can't even tell I was pregnant. Thanks Billy!!!
great BUTT workout

Its a good work out for the BUTT<, you really feel it. After some time i got bored with it though and was not fun anymore, i think mainly because its so long.. Sometimes i fwd to floor work and just do those. You dont have to do the whole DVD.
Intense/Long Workouts

Both workouts are intense and very long (almost an hour each) to work on one muscle group. Even Billy and the participants in the video did not do this workout for the entire hour. The video is poorly produced and constantly cuts from one exercise to another where Billy and group have different workout outfits (most likely this video was composed of different workout segments from other videos???). Also noticed that each side is not consisent (number or reps done) and a few exercises were never done on the other side .... hmmmm.

This is an advanced workout. Not recommended for beginners.
